Science Camp
February 13 - February 17
We are organizing Science Camps for students from Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd grade (4-9 years). Mrs. Azadeh Khazaei a Montessori teacher who is highly qualified and also has California Science credentials, will be conducting the camp.
Location: At Folsom Lake Montessori Academy
Duration: Every Friday and Monday at 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Start Date: Friday, February, 3 rd 2023
Schedule:
Friday 2/3/2023: Lava lamp (different density between oil and water)
Monday 2/6/2023: Blow up a balloon without blowing (learn more about gas, liquid and solid)
Friday 2/10/2023: Exploding baggie (playground experiment to make carbon dioxide)
Monday 2/13/2023: Discover about rocks with magnifier
Friday, 2/17/2023: Science Camp and Parent night out from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Fees: $60.00 per student. Childcare is available for children 2+ years old.
Monday, 2/20/2023: Holiday
Friday 2/24/2023: Light reflection
Monday 2/27/2023: Rainbow rain (chemistry experiment)
P.S: Equipment, materials, Works sheets and refreshments (snacks and Juice) will be provided.
