Folsom Lake Montessori Toddler Program provides a nurturing and stimulating environment to help children develop a strong foundation for the future lifelong love of learning. We implement independence skills, coordination, concentration and social emotional development. We capture videos and pictures using our brightwheel app to share the daily development progress of each child which parents can view as their child’s day progress and teachers and parents have the ability to share messages with each other.
Teachers will set up the environment with hands on activities creating learning opportunities and act as guides, observers and nurture each child’s development needs rather than directing their activities. Toddlers have a dedicated daily schedule to focus on activities that interest them, fostering concentration and a sense of accomplishment. Which will focus on sensorial, practical life, social-emotional and language development.
